SKD-S2 Developer
SKD-S2 is a ready to use suspension of fast drying white particles that forms an opaque white coating on the part surface. It sprays on directly with no dilution needed and works with most penetrants used in this type of inspection.
Usage guidelines: apply by spray only, never dip or brush, since that pulls penetrant back out of the flaw. A thin, even coat works best, a heavy coat blurs the indication and a light coat slows its development.
SKL-SP2 Penetrant
SKL-SP2 is a red, solvent removable penetrant with strong penetrating power that reveals surface breaking flaws on metal and non porous ceramic parts. It dries quickly and leaves no residue that could confuse the reading.
SKC-S Cleaner and Remover
SKC-S is used to clean the part surface before testing and to remove excess penetrant after the dwell time and before the developer goes on. It is a non halogenated solvent approved for non destructive testing prep work, removes oils, grease, and other contaminants, and dries fast without leaving residue, which keeps it in line with aerospace and industrial testing standards.
