At Cool.sa, We deliver AC, chiller, refrigerator and washing machine spare parts to every city in Saudi Arabia, and you can also collect your order from any of our branches.
How Shipping Works
1. Order confirmed: you receive a confirmation by email or SMS.
2. Order prepared: in-stock orders are usually packed the same or next working day.
3. Order shipped: you receive the tracking number and courier details. (Courier names, e.g. SMSA / Aramex / own delivery)
4. Delivery: the courier contacts you before arrival. Please check the package on receipt.
Working days: Saturday to Thursday. Orders placed on Friday or public holidays are processed the next working day.
Important Shipping Notes
• Heavy and large items (chiller compressors, large cylinders, duct rolls) may need special freight. We’ll confirm the cost and time with you before shipping.
• Refrigerant, brazing gas and pressurised cylinders are classed as hazardous goods. Some courier companies can’t carry them, so they may be available for branch pickup or our own delivery only, depending on the city.
• Out-of-stock or special-order parts: we’ll tell you the expected arrival time before confirming the order.
• Check on delivery: if the package is damaged or the wrong item arrives, take a photo and contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours.
• Late delivery: if your order arrives more than 15 days after the agreed delivery date, you can cancel and receive a full refund.
Payment Methods
• All online card payments are processed securely through our licensed payment gateway (Tap Payments). We never see or store your card details
• All prices include 15% VAT, and a VAT tax invoice is issued for every order.
• Companies and contractors: we can issue invoices in your company name with your VAT number. Contact us for wholesale prices and quotations.

Yes. We ship to every city in Saudi Arabia.
2. Can I collect my order the same day?
Yes. In-stock items can be collected the same day from our Ghirnata, Yarmuk or Khamis Mushait branches.

You’ll receive a tracking number by SMS or email once your order ships. You can also message us on WhatsApp.
4. Can I get a VAT invoice in my company’s name?
Yes. Add your company name and VAT number at checkout, or send them to us on WhatsApp.
5. Is online payment safe?
Yes. Payments are processed by a licensed, encrypted payment gateway, and we don’t store card details.
6. Can you ship refrigerant gas?
It depends on the city and the courier. Contact us and we’ll confirm the delivery options for your location.
