Welcome to Cool.sa. These terms and conditions apply to every order placed on cool.sa or at our branches. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them.

2. Using the Website

• The information you provide (name, phone, address) must be accurate and complete.

• You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential.

• You may not misuse the website, copy its content, or attempt to interfere with its operation.

3. Products and Compatibility

We sell spare parts and accessories for air conditioners, chillers, refrigerators, washing machines and HVAC systems.

Product images are for illustration. Colour, packaging or labels may differ slightly from the photo.

Compatibility: it is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that a part matches their unit’s model number. We strongly recommend sending us a photo of the unit nameplate and the old part on WhatsApp before ordering. We are not responsible for parts ordered without checking compatibility.

Where a product is a compatible or replacement part rather than a manufacturer original, this is stated on the product page.

4. Prices and VAT

• All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include 15% VAT unless stated otherwise.

• A VAT tax invoice is issued with every order.

• Prices may change without notice. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay.

• If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of a technical error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

• Products without a displayed price: some items are priced on request. Contact us on WhatsApp for a quote.

5. Orders and Order Confirmation

• An order is confirmed once payment is received (or approved, for bank transfer or B2B accounts) and you receive a confirmation by email or SMS.

• We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the payment fails, the address is incomplete, or the order appears fraudulent. You will receive a full refund in these cases.

6. Payment

Accepted payment methods are listed on our Shipping and Payment page. Card payments are processed securely by our licensed payment gateway. We do not store your card details.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery areas, times and fees are set out on our Shipping and Payment page. If delivery is delayed by more than 15 days after the agreed date, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund, in line with the Saudi E-Commerce Law.

8. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

• You may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving it, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.

The following cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

• refrigerant, gas cylinders, oils, chemicals and other hazardous materials once opened

• electrical parts (PCBs, sensors, compressors) after installation or connection

• parts ordered specially for you

9. Safety

Some products, including refrigerants, brazing gas, compressors and electrical components, must be handled and installed only by trained technicians in line with safety rules. Cool.sa is not responsible for injury or damage resulting from incorrect handling or installation.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect losses such as downtime, labour costs or damage to other equipment, except as required by Saudi law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on cool.sa, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Cool.sa or its licensors and may not be copied without written permission. Brand names such as LG, Gree, Trane and York belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatible products.

12. Privacy

We collect and use your personal data only to process orders and provide service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law. Any dispute will be handled by the competent authorities in the Kingdom.
